ARTICLE 1 – GAME ORGANIZER
The company Magic Bazar, registered under number 503 539 470 00024 and having its registered office at 131 Avenue de France – 75013 PARIS, is organizing a promotional operation entitled "Promo Cards – Cannes Festival 2025," as part of the International Games Festival in Cannes, taking place from 26/02/2025 to 02/03/2025.
ARTICLE 2 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
The game is free and without any purchase obligation. It is open to any individual of legal age residing in mainland France, except for employees of Magic Bazar and any person directly or indirectly involved in organizing the game.
ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION TERMS
During the Festival, promotional cards will be distributed at Magic Bazar stands and in designated partner areas. These cards allow participants to benefit from discounts, gift prizes, or other advantages as outlined below.
ARTICLE 4 – DESCRIPTION OF CARDS AND ASSOCIATED EFFECTS
4.1. Character Cards

The Fighter: The participant must roll a 10-sided die. The rolled value corresponds to the percentage discount immediately applicable to a purchase at one of the Magic Bazar stands (discount from 1% to 10%, not combinable with other offers and excluding promotional products).

The Artist: The participant must post a photo of a Playin by Magic Bazar stand on social media, tag @Playin, and provide a screenshot of the post to a member of the Playin team. They will then receive a surprise gift (subject to stock availability).

The Planner: Allows the player to double the effect of another card they own or that another player wishes to share with them. It can only be used once and cannot be applied to itself.
4.2. Action Cards

Deck Building: The participant wins a random Magic Bazar goodie (pen, bag, notebook, board game, etc.).

Worker Placement: Provides a 10% discount on a purchase made on www.play-in.com with the code LOVECANNES2025 (valid until May 3, 2025, excluding promotions, and for single use per account).
ARTICLE 5 – LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The cards are neither exchangeable nor resellable. No financial compensation or monetary equivalent will be granted in case of loss, theft, or non-use of the cards. The effects of the cards are subject to the availability of prize and goodie stocks. Magic Bazar reserves the right to replace a prize with an equivalent of the same value in case of stock depletion. The use of the cards and the advantages they provide is strictly personal. Any fraud, attempt to circumvent the rules, or abusive behavior will result in the cancellation of the player's participation.
ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY
Magic Bazar cannot be held responsible for:

Any printing error, omission, or malfunction related to the use of the cards.

Any claims regarding the validity of discounts or offers in case of non-compliance with the terms of use.

Any cancellation or modification of the game due to force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, health restrictions, etc.).
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their data by sending a request to [email protected].
ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules by the participant.
