  • Article 1: Account

The email you provide is the only link we have between your order and your contact details. Therefore, we ask you never to disclose to anyone any information giving access to your Playin by Magic Bazar account. These informations are strictly confidential and Playin by Magic Bazar staff members will never ask you for any information regarding your account. Therefore, we won’t take into consideration complaints for identity theft.

  • Article 2: Personal information

2.1: Playin by Magic Bazar commits to never disclose any personal information you provide to third parties. The personal information you provide Playin by Magic Bazar will be used by our internal services to fulfill your orders and to improve our communication by providing our customers with more personalized offers.

2.2:  Therefore, in conformity with the French Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978, you have the right to access, modify and delete the personal information you provided.   • Article 3: Prices

3.1: All prices are indicated in Euros € all taxes included, except processing and shipping fees.

3.2: All orders regardless of where they have been placed must be paid in Euros €.

3.3: Magic Bazar reserves itself the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are charged based on current prices at the time of your order and given that your payment is received in the following 7 business days after your order has been placed.

3.4: Cards and other products remain our property until full payment of your order.


  • Article 4: Condition and language of the products

4.1: Playin by Magic Bazar gives its customers the opportunity of choosing the language, the edition and the condition they want for card orders. Therefore, we offer cards in the following conditions and languages:

• Available Languages: English, French, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German and other languages.
• Available Conditions: Mint/Nmint, nmint-, excellent, fine, played, poor
• Other elements of card description: We also indicate if the card is Foil, inked or signed.

  • Article 5: Availability

5.1: Our product offers and prices are available as long as you can see them on our site.

5.2: If a product is out of stock, we will refund any missing product.

5.3 : Playin by Magic Bazar reserves itself the right to limit the amount of a given product or card for a customer : 

  • Down to 4 copies of a given Magic : the Gathering card, Lorcana card
  • Down to 3 copies of a given Yu-Gi-Oh! or Flesh and Blood card
  • Down to 20 copies of a given sealed product.
  • Down to 1 or 2 copies of a given sealed product, under specific conditions, the most common being a collector item with very limited stock.

5.4 : Despite all our efforts, on very rare occcasions the specific condition, langage or set of a card you ordered may be unavailable.

If this happens for a card that is sold for 10€ ou less, we replace the card with the closest substitute in our stock, or we refund the card when no substitute is available.
For cards that are sold 10€ or more, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund. To ake sure that your order gets to you as fast as possible, we will refund the card and send the rest of the order if we don't hear from you 48 hours after contacting you.

  • Article 6: Shipping

6.1: Orders are shipped to the shipping address indicated when you ordered.

6.2: The maximum delivery time is 10 days after your payment has been sent. For preorders, the maximum delivery time is the same, but it is then calculated from the official release date of the product which is indicated on the product and when you order.

6.3: In the event of additional delays, you will be informed by email.

6.4 : Regarding Click & Collect orders, you will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up. You then have one month to collect your order. After one month, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

  • Article 7: shipping costs and processing fees

Shipping and processing fees depend on the shipment method you choose, on your shipping address and on the number of products you ordered. You can find in this article every information concerning expedition and shipping costs.

  • Article 8: content of an order

8.1: The contractual information is presented in french language and a confirmation containing the contractual information will be issued at the latest upon delivery.

8.2: Playin by Magic Bazar reserves itself the right to cancel any order from a customer having a dispute over the payment of a previous order.

  • Article 9: Payment

9.1 : Playin by Magic Bazar offers several payment options. You can choose to pay your order by:
• Paypal, at the following address: paiement@play-in;com
• Credit card, online or in store
• Payment in 3 or 4 instalments.
(only available for French customers, for orders between 50 and 4 000€. Additional fee for 3 instalments : approximately 1.59% of the order total. Additional fee for 4 instalments : approximately 2.38% of the order total)
• Bank transfer
9.2 : If you are ordering products that are not available yet, we'll ask for payment when you place your order.
  • Article 10: Satisfaction guaranteed

10.1 : This article only applies to shipped order and "Click & Collect" orders.

10.2: If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you have a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt to return the products ordered for a refund or to ask for an exchange without any penalty. 

10.3: Any damage or missing parts of the returned product will impact the amount refunded.

10.4: These refunds will be made within a period of 14 days following the customer’s withdrawal. This period can be extended up until the product is received by Playin by Magic Bazar.

10.5: The refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used by the customer when the order was placed.

10.6: Shipping costs payed to return the products are not taken care of by Playin by Magic Bazar.

10.7: Preregistrations to any event organized by Magic Bazar will not be refunded.

  • Article 11: Guarantees

11.1 : Playin by Magic Bazar will deliver compliant goods, as defined by articles L217-4 of the French consumption code. Liabilities found within 24 months after deliverance will be considered as pre-existing unless proven otherwise. This delay is shortened to 6 months for second-hand products. Playin by Magic Bazar can challenge this presupposition. 

11.2 : Playin by Magic Bazar will deliver goods without any hidden defect, as defined by Article 1641 of the French Code civil.  

  • Article 12 : Rewards program

12.1 : Each euro spent on or in a Playin shop gives you 1 Point. 

You can then go to your Rewards page to trade your Points for store credit :

  • 150 Pts : 5€
  • 250 Pts : 10€
  • 1 000 Pts : 50€
  • 1 800 : 100€

12.2 : Your Points become usable after a certain period of time : 

  • For an in-shop purchase : Points are immediately available. 
  • For signing up at an event : Points are available 1 to 3 days after the event.
  • For Click & Collect orders : Points are available immediately after you have picked up your order.
  • For shipped orders : Points are available 16 days after shipment. 

Points remain valid for 2 years.

12.3 : Exceptions

  • Shipping and payment charges do not give Points
  • Some products don't give Points (e.g. books). When this is the case, the information is displayed on the product's web page.
  • Products that are on sale or discounted give 50% less Points.
  • Orders with a promotional codes that give a discount (clubs, influencers, etc.) do not give Points.

12.4 : If you cancel an order, the Points earned from that order will be erased from your account. If you have already used your Points for store credit, we will not accept your refund request.

  • Article 13 : Product rating

13.1 : Playin offers its clients the opportunity to rate products based on their satisfaction.
Ratings are a grade from 1 to 5, with an optional written comment.
The whole Playin catalogue is open to product rating, except single cards.

13.2 : Only clients who have purchased at least one product from Playin can give ratings.
Clients can give ratings on any product, whether they bought it from Playin or not.

13.3 : Several rules are enforced to ensure that comments are helpful for the Playin community :

  • All comments must be at least 25 characters long.
  • Each comment is subject to moderation and must be validated by Playin before being published.
  • Playin will reject comments that are not relevant, or are in any way offensive or discriminatory. 

13.4 : Giving a product rating is a way to get Points for our reward program :

  • Your first validated rating with comment gives you 10 Points.
  • Then, each rating without a comment gives you 1 Point and each validated rating with a comment gives you 3 Points.
  • Points earned this way are limited to a total of 150 for products you haven't bought on Playin, and 100 Points a month for products you have bought on Playin.

13.5 : When leaving a product rating, you agree that Playin may use it to promote a product.

13.6 : You can change or delete your comments on an individual basis in your 'My Ratings' page, or by sending an email at [email protected] with specific requests.

  • Article 15: Responsibilites

SAS Magic Bazar cannot be held responsible of the non-execution of the contract in case of force majeure or in the event of a disturbance or a partial strike especially of the postal services or means of transportation and/or communication, and in the event of a flooding incident or a fire.

  • Article 16: Applicable legislation – Disputes

This contract is subject to French law
This contract was established in French. This is only a translation of the French contract. The original French version prevails over this translation.
Any dispute shall be exclusively settled by the French courts.
  • Article 17: Confirmation

Clicking on the "submit" button at the end of the order process constitutes full acceptance without reserve of the order as well as these General Terms of Sale.
The data saved by Playin by Magic Bazar constitutes a proof of the all the transactions passed between Playin by Magic Bazar and its clients.
The data saved by the payment system constitutes of proof of the financial transactions.
