Dodelido – The card game that tests your reflexes
One slow glance, one hesitant word, and you’re out! In Dodelido, every second counts. This frantic card game throws you into a fast-paced challenge where speed and sharp observation are the keys to victory. Accessible from age 8, it delivers endless laughs and surprises, whether you’re playing with family or friends.
How to play Dodelido?
Each player starts with a face-down pile of cards, while three discard piles are placed in the center. On your turn, reveal the top card of your stack and place it onto the next discard pile in sequence. You must instantly announce the correct call: the animal if one species dominates, the color if one shade prevails, “Dodelido!” in case of a perfect tie, or “Nothing!” if there is no match at all. Special cards add extra chaos: turtles force you to add an “Uhm” for each turtle visible, and crocodiles trigger a mad rush as everyone slaps the card—the slowest player takes all the visible cards. Any mistake, hesitation, or missed “Uhm” means you collect the piles and start the next round. The first player to play all their cards wins the game.
