The story of this edition tells the tales of the events occuring right after those from Ice Age. It tells the war between people of Dominaria and the hordes of undeads gathered by Lim-Dul. The army is stopped by Freyalise who is in fact a Planeswalker who created the world enchantement that will cause the Thrawing and the end of the Ice Age.
