Harper Prism Promos

In 1994, Magic related books were sold in partnership with Wizards. Those books were sharing Magic stories about famous characters of the game. When you bought one of those books, you could get a paper that could be sent to the editor, to get a promotional card. Those cards are called HarperPrism promos.
