Tracked letters delivery is not available for orders containing more than 120 individual cards, regardless of value.

Metropolitain France + Andorra + Monaco : 

In application of the "Loi Darcos" law of October 2023, the minimum shipping charge we can apply is €3 for any order under €35 and containing at least one product subject to 5.5% VAT and the law on the single price of books.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Pre-orders

The delivery system being quite different for orders containing pre-order items, we have a separate article dedicated to this matter. Find here every information on the shipment of pre-order items.

• Standard orders

A classic order is an order that does not contain a pre-order. In this case, the maximum delivery time to receive your order, after receipt of your payment, is 10 days for Metropolitan France, 14 days for Europe and 21 days for French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world. This maximum lead time takes into account all the imponderables we may encounter during the preparation, packaging and delivery of your order. 

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

These delivery times are subject to change during the release of new Magic: the Gathering expansions because there is an increase in the number of orders and the pre-orders can't be sent before the official release date.

stock errors and substitutions

Selling single cards implies having a huge number of different products. In 2024, we send out over 4,000 cards a day, and have several million cards in stock.
All this repurchasing, entering and dispatching undeniably creates errors. As soon as we notice any errors in an order, we contact you by e-mail to suggest similar versions of the card you've ordered.

SHIPPING METHOD

Our letters and parcels are always tracked.

We ship via La Poste, 2 Shop, Colissimo and Chronopost.

For Chronopost orders, you can have your order delivered the next day before 1pm by placing your order before the following times:

2pm for orders that do not contain individual cards.
9:30 a.m. for orders containing single cards.
